The All-New American Green Card
In May 2017, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services introduced a redesigned Permanent Resident Card, commonly known as the 'Green Card,' as part of the Next Generation Secure Identification Document Project.
Key Features:
- Dual-Sided Photo: Your image appears on both sides of the card.
- Distinctive Design: A unique graphic layout and color scheme set it apart.
- Embedded Security: Holographic images enhance security features.
- Signature Exclusion: No display of your signature for added privacy.
- The design showcases the iconic Statue of Liberty against a predominantly green backdrop, marking a departure from the optical stripe on the back.
