· Shipping costs are non-refundable and are calculated based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination.
· Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, shipping method, location, and the total number of items in your order. Some orders may arrive in separate shipments.
· Our regular shipping service is only available for deliveries to mainland USA and Canada.
· For customers in remote areas of the United States (Hawaii and Alaska) and outside the United States and Canada, we offer expedited shipping as the only available shipping method. Expedited shipping costs $60.
Taxes and Additional Fees
· Additional shipping charges may apply based on the destination and size of your order.
· Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees, such as sales tax, VAT, customs duties, or excise taxes, related to the delivery.

· Order Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 2 working days after placing your order to receive this email.

Urgent Shipping Requests
For urgent delivery requests requiring arrival within one week, an additional fee of $60 will apply.
Dispatch, Processing, and Delivery Times
· Orders placed and confirmed before 2 PM (GMT) from Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
· Orders confirmed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
· Delivery timeframes range from 7-16 days, depending on the chosen service and destination.
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS or Yun-Express, and tracking details will be provided upon dispatch. Please note that any customs or import charges are the buyer's responsibility.
