Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward return and exchange policy. Please read the following terms carefully.

Return & Exchange Conditions

· You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Any requests made after this 30-day period will not be processed.

· To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at order@idlord.xyz with details of your purchase, including your order number and any relevant images or videos of the product.

· Items must be in the same condition as when you received them—unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. You will also need to provide proof of purchase (receipt).

· Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please ensure you obtain approval before returning any product.

· When returning items, you must use a shipping method that includes tracking information. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

· Discounted or clearance items

· Gift cards

· Products that have been damaged by the customer

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at order@idlord.xyz with your order number and photos or videos of the item in question. Our customer service team will evaluate the request and respond within 3 business days.

2. Ship the Item Back: If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions. Items must be returned using a method that includes tracking information. We do not accept returns without a tracking code.

3. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days. A replacement will be issued if an exchange is requested, or we will process your refund accordingly.

Return Charges

· If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund.

· If the return is due to a customer’s error (e.g., ordering the wrong item, change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

· There is no restocking fee for returns.

Refunds

· After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.

· If you do not see the refund within this time frame, please check your bank account or credit card statement. It may take some time for the refund to appear. If you have not received your refund after contacting your bank, please email us at order@idlord.xyz

· Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

· You may cancel your order free of charge if you contact us before the item has been shipped. Once the parcel has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

· If you cancel the order before shipment, we will refund the full amount of your purchase.
